What Is Included During The Visit:
The First Hour (The Grounding): Emotional birth processing, mental health check-ins, a warm cup of herbal tea and physical recovery tracking (including non-clinical core/pelvic check-ins)
The Second Hour (The Nursery): Hands on newborn soothing so you can rest, sleep, environment adjustment and infant feeding/positioning guidance
The Third Hour (The Nest): Light housekeeping to clear your space, evening nursery reorganization, pump assembly and milk storage setup and prepping your home for a restful night

New mothers currently in the raw intense first few months of the Fourth Trimester
Parents feeling completely exhausted or overwhelmed during the chaotic 5:00 PM-8:00 PM “witching hour.”
Breast/chest feeding or pumping mothers seeking hands-on unhurried guidance with late—day latching, positioning and milk storage

To ensure you can focus entirely on resting, bonding and healing every single visit may include dedicated household restoration tasks during our session:
Nourishing Meal Preparation: Cooking safe warm postpartum dinners or batch-prepping midnight recovery snacks
Sanctuary House Care: This may include washing, drying and folding infant or maternal laundry, washing and sanitizing baby bottles and breast pump components and tidying up the immediate kitchen and living room areas so you wake up to a clean space
Nurturing Infant Care: Watching, holding and soothing your baby so you can step away to take a peaceful bath or catch up on much needed sleep
The Extended Runway (The Blooming Phase)
Transitional milestone planning as you prepare to return to work or step back into public routine
Introduction to solid food preparation guidance and bottle-transition tracking strategies
Continuous dedicated maternal identity mentoring to help you reclaim your time, your confidence and your body

The Botanical Spa Add-On Menu
Licensed rituals designed to physically restore your body while we tend to your home. Layer these premium hormone-safe enhancements onto any core evening care block.
Standalone Booking: Standalone spa visits require a $100 minimum order and are hosted exclusively on select Saturdays throughout the month to balance our dedicated weekday doula care and family time
