The world is excellent at checking on the baby, I am here to check on you.

In our culture, mothers are expected to instantly heal from birth trauma, master feeding, balance fluctuating hormones and seamlessly transition into a new identity all while running on zero sleep. She is left to navigate the loneliest most physically vulnerable era of her life in complete silence.

My mission is fueled by the steps I have walked. Reproduction is not a straight line and the unmatched strength a woman carries is immense, I know how deeply women need to be taken care of after using their power.

I do this work because surviving is not a strategy. A mother is a living breathing landscape that requires active watering, carful tending and fierce protection. I do this to ensure that when the quiet evening exhaustion sets in, there is someone whose sole purpose is to hold space for her healing. I do this because I know exactly what it feels like to sit in those different valleys. My history is not just a bio, it is the reason I will never look at a mother’s pain with detachment. I step into your home because I refuse to let another woman feel untended in her transition.

For years my cosmetology background taught me that skin and hair care are deeply personal. In the postpartum space, I realized that touch is a form of medicine. I integrate physical relaxation with deep emotional support because your physical healing and your spiritual processing cannot be separated. When I touch a mother’s skin, it is an intentional message: You are here. You matter. You are worth being taken care of.
